Manoj Tiwari (born February 1, 1971) is a politician, singer and actor from Bihar, India. He contested the 2009 national elections for the Samajwadi party and won the Lok Sabha constituency prize in the 2014 general election for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidates. He was head of the BJP organization in Delhi with the victory record in the 2017 local elections. He was a Bigg Boss candidate.
Early life
Manoj Tiwari was one of six children of Chandradev Tiwari and Lalita Devi.His hometown is Atarwalia, a small village in Kaimur district of Bihar.
Career
Prior to his involvement in film, he had spent years as a singer and actor in the Bhojpuri film industry.
In 2003, he played a role in the film Sasura Bada Paisawala. He follows the hit movies Daroga Babu I love you and Bandhan Toote Na.
The BBC reported in 2005 that Tiwari and Ravi Kishan were the biggest male stars in the thriving film market.
In 2010, he was a candidate in the fourth season of reality show Bigg Boss.
Manoj Tiwari also sang "Jiya Ho Bihar Lala Ke Jiya Tu Haazar" in Gangs of Wasseypur.

In 2011, he and his wife were in divorce proceedings after eleven years of marriage
Politics
In 2009, Tiwari contested the elections for the 15th Lok Sabha as a candidate for the Samajwadi party in the district of Gorakhpur. Three constituencies, it was proposed and published a declaration of political status, but it was only about lost against Yogi Adityanath.
His home in Mumbai was attacked in November 2009 by an angry mob about property proposals about Shiv Sena. Tiwari denied the allegations.
In January 2011, it is possible that the BJP could be used as a partner of northern Indians. A story could be considered hypothetical, even if it considered options in the event of an invitation. He had been seen with BJP leaders at an event and had his admiration for Shatrughan Sinha, the BJP MP for Patna.
Tiwari supported Ramdev's hunger strike at the Ramlila Ground protests and protested Anna Hazare's formal notice.
He won North East Delhi (Lok Sabha constituency) in the 2014 BJP Indian general election. He defeated Anand Kumar of the AAP with a margin of 1.44.084 votes.
