Personal life
Rajkumar Saini was born on July 1, 1953 in a family of very poor and landless Farmer countries at "Choti rasol", in Ambala (Haryana). He was the eldest of his brothers and sisters at the end of Baburam Saini. "Saini's family" belongs to the community, classified in the category "Other backward classes" by the Indian government.
He took on the responsibilities of his family from an early age because of the illness of his father who suffers from acute asthma. Despite this, he is finished his studies and also his brothers and sisters. He started cultivating on the lands of others to support and feed his family.

Political career
His political career started very young. At age 24, in 1977, he became the "Sarpanch" of his son GramPanchayat "Badi Rasor". He chose the same thing twice. As on the post, he promotes education for all.
In 1983, he became a member of the Panchayat, Narayangar, Ambala Committee and acquires his responsibilities with honesty.
In 1994, he became a member of the Ambala District Council. At that time, his company had reached a great height.
In 1996, he moved from district politics to state level and became a member of the Haryana Legislators Assembly.
From 1997 to 1999, he was supported by the Minister of State (Printing and Transportation) in the Haryana Government. United States Transportation Minister Saini, who launched a campaign for the operation of transport and bus vehicles, which was highly appreciated by the government.
In 2000, he was appointed Minister of State, Sports and Transportation. By playing the state minister, he is campaigning for the promotion of players at the state level and many stages for the players.
