Kristappa Nimmala is an Indian politician, belonging to the Telugu Desam Party. In the 2009 election, he was elected to the Lok Sabha of the district of Hindupur in Andhra Pradesh. He is interested in training programs for skills development for youth and adolescents. Rural employment and vocational education; and micro-credit to poor rural women, small and marginal farmers.

Kistappa is married to Smt. Nimmala Varalakshmi. He has 2 children. He was born in Perumalapalli, Krishnagiri District, Tamil Nadu. Currently, he lives in Gorantla Village, Ananthapur District, Andhra Pradesh.

Political career

Kistappa had a long career in politics. He began his political career as President of the Republic after being elected in the elections of local bodies. Over the past three years, he has worked with determination and dedication in the most backward and furthest areas in the district of Anantapur State of Andhra Pradesh. He became a member of the Legislative Assembly of Andhra Pradesh in 1994 and for a second term in 1999. Together of Rayalaseema. Region. He was re-elected at the 16th Lok Sabha in 2014. At Lok Sabha, he was a member of the Committee on Health and Family Welfare of Culture. Ministry of Water Resources and Development of Courses and Meeting of Ganga.
