Cow is an important element of India&#8217;s tradition and culture,&#8221; PM Modi said.<\/p>\n<p>For the welfare of the animal, PM Modi said his government had taken several steps, including the Rashtriya Gokul Mission, to improve the health of cows.<\/p>\n<p>He said his government had also decided to establish a &#8216;Rashtriya Kamdhenu Aayog&#8217; with an allocation of Rs. 500 crore in the last Interim Budget.<\/p>\n<p>Just like farmers, cattle rearers can also avail loans through Kisan Credit Card worth Rs. 3 lakh.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This loan has helped cattle rearers a lot.
